What to do....
...I've lost my camera!
But it feels like I lost a limb or something.
I have nothing new to show. No way to document those precious moments.
We'll see how long I can survive like this... it's driving me crazy!
Here are some random old pictures. For fun. Since I've got nothing new...

Christmas Family Photos
Here are our annual Christmas photos.
It was a very cold day, but the kids were great.
Too bad there was no snow...
except for a little shaved ice from the ice rink in the park.

Hope you have a blessed day!

Christmas Cards and Snowflakes
I've finished addressing and stamping our Christmas cards for this year.
Now all is left is the annual family picture that I include with each card,
which we are taking tomorrow!
Excited!
Santa has red glitter glue on his nose!
Kacper and I worked on making snowflakes for our front window. It's hard to see in the picture below, but that's how they look from the inside. As soon as I get a picture from the outside, I'll add it. I'm just too cold!!!
Used music sheets to make a few of the last snowflakes when I ran out of paper. They do look pretty.
Thanks for stopping by

Current Craft Area
This is my current craft room. It`s in the basement of our home.
I like it, but I plan on painting the walls soon and putting up some
shelves, paintings and maybe a board.
This is my latest project: Christmas Stockings.
They didn`t come out as I wanted because I free-handed the sock outline, but it`s OK. I like them enough to keep them. They are for my boys; Kacper and Dominik.

Apple Compot for the Winter
Here is a look at how I jar my apples for the winter.
It makes for a deliciously healthy winter drink.
Just dump the jar contents in a jug and add water (I love it hot, so boiling water).
Add sugar as you like, but there is sugar in the jars already.
First and foremost you MUST sterilize the jars and jar lids. I use jars from tomatoe sauces and pickles, so they aren`t new, but even new one`s must be sterilized.
Then I core them with my apple corer, which conventiently cuts them into perfect pieces.
Then I put them all in a huge pot of boiling water with sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Then I jar them. It is very important that the jar rim and jar lid is completely dry, so that the hot steam suction will work and close the jars completely.
And ofcourse, what`s a homemade Apple Compot without cute covers... the first one I made was sewn by me, but then I found these cute polka dot napkins and decided to use those with some string. Cuteness!
Well I hope you find this helpful and put your apples to good use for this winter. Smacznego!
