Branch Tree

My sister and I made this for a friends baby shower.
It was supposed to look more baby-ish, but I like it.
She's having a girl.
We used:
  • A branch from the backyard
  • Twine and green yarn for wrapping the branch
  • Little craft birds
  • Ribbon
  • Felt leafs cut by me
  • Lace ribbon
  • Mason jar filled with rice (we wanted sand and pebbles, but they were frozen solid in the snow)

Here are some random pics of the boys and their mischiefs.

They have been sick the last few days, so it's been darn crazy.
Sleepless nights. Coughing like little old men. Fevers. No apetite.
They are better though. Thank goodness!

Baby Tag Pillow

Baby Dominik loves tags.
Tags on clothes
Tags on toys
Tags on anything
So I decided to make him his
very own

Tag Pillow

What I used:
  • 2 squares of front and back fabric - jeans and cords
  • 4 scraps of coordinating fabric
  • 4 or more types of ribbons
  • Stuffing Poly

I did not measure anything. Make it as big or small as you want.
Ribbon tags do not have to be equal lengths.
Here are step-by-step pictures...
